I’m trying to find the cheapest car insurance since i’m under 25 in new york. I’m looking to pay no more then 400 a month just don’t know where to find a good deal. Please advise

Cheap insurance for those under 25 is a bit of an oxymoron, especially in NY.
Best bet is to give an independent agent all your information and let him search his data base to find the best deal for you.

You could move to North Dakota where the population is not jammed elbow to elbow. Insurance is one of those things where dickering over the price is not allowed. Sorry, all you can do is just get older and when you reach 26 the discount is their. As long as you remain ticket and accident free..
